Allergens
The list of products and substances whose components are capable of causing allergic reactions, or are contraindicated in certain types of diseases:
- Mustard and its processed products;
- Sesame and its processed products;
- Nuts and their processed products;
- Fish and products of its processing (except for fish gelatin, used as a basis in preparations containing vitamins and carotenoids);
- Crustaceans and their processed products;
- Peanuts and their processed products;
- Gluten-containing cereals and their processed products;
- Milk and its processed products (including lactose);
- Celery and its processed products;
- Celery and its processed products;
- Soy and its processed products;
- Shellfish and their processed products;
- Aspartame and aspartame acesulfame salt;
- Sulfur dioxide and sulfites, if their total content is more than 10 milligrams per kilogram or 10 milligrams per liter in terms of sulfur dioxide;
- Lupine and its processed products.
